Shipping & Returns
What is your return policy?
At Anderson Ord, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If it’s not the perfect fit, you can return it. We gladly accept returns of merchandise in new condition that are unworn and unwashed for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging with hang tags still attached.
All goods marked as ‘Final Sale’ will not be eligible for a return. Please note that any original shipping charges are not eligible for refund. AndersonOrd will provide you with the return label and take the return shipping cost off your refunded amount. All returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment.
Is Priority Mail Guaranteed?
No, Priority Mail® is not Guaranteed. Standard delivery is 1-3 business days but which could be affected by weather or any holidays.
The only Guaranteed mail is Priority Mail Express®. Standard delivery is 1-3 calendar days.
Where can I start an exchange or return?
Email customerservice@andersonord.com with "Return - Order #(your order number)" in the subject line to start your return.
How long is the return and exchange window?
We accept returns for unworn and unused items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Do you offer exchanges?
You may exchange a full-priced item for the same item/style in a different color and/or size only. Your exchange order will be processed on business days only once your return package has been received. Your exchange order must be scanned in with the shipping carrier within 30 days.
AndersonOrd offers free ground shipping on exchange orders. If you require expedited shipping, we recommend returning your item(s) for a refund and placing a new order online with expedited shipping.

How long will it take to get my refund?
You will receive a refund within 7 business days after we receive your return shipment. It may take an additional 3 business days for your bank to post your refund.

Can I order any item that is out of stock?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders for out-of-stock items. However, you can sign up for email notifications to be informed as soon as the item is back in stock.
How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive email updates regarding the status of your order. These emails will provide information on shipment, tracking numbers, and estimated delivery dates.

When will I get my order?
Orders will be processed within 3 full business days of the order being placed. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please note during sales or special events, the processing time may be longer. Please refer to the Estimated Delivery Date at checkout.
