CEO/ Co Founder

Tom Underwood is the CEO and Co Founder of AndersonOrd, the modern luxury apparel brand he created with lifelong friend Jonathan Ord. Drawing on decades of leadership in the golf industry, Tom saw an opportunity to challenge conventional apparel through elevated design, innovative fabrics and uncompromising quality.

Under his leadership, AndersonOrd has grown from its first product in 2018 into a mid eight figure national brand carried by more than 2,000 premier clubs and retailers. Tom leads with competitive drive, a relentless commitment to product and a belief that exceptional companies are built by exceptional people. His vision is to build AndersonOrd into one of the world’s most respected apparel brands while preserving the relationships, culture and values that began the journey.

Executive Assistant to the CEO

Kristi serves as Executive Assistant to the CEO at AndersonOrd, playing a key role in supporting executive leadership and day-to-day business operations. She helps manage priorities, streamline communication, coordinate key initiatives, and keep projects moving efficiently across the organization.

With a Master’s degree in Psychology from Penn State, Kristi brings a strong understanding of communication, organization, and problem-solving to her role. She values collaboration and has built strong professional relationships across the AndersonOrd team and with customers, contributing to an organized, connected, and productive work environment.

President

Nikki is passionate about the continued growth of AndersonOrd and its expansion as a premium lifestyle apparel brand. The company’s foundation is built on quality, authenticity, integrity, strong relationships, and the importance of family - values that carry into every aspect of Nikki’s professional and personal life.

As President of AndersonOrd, Nikki is proud to be part of a close-knit, family-oriented team where collaboration and a shared vision drive the company forward. This dedicated and motivated team is united by a shared vision for the company’s future. Together, they are focused on creating exceptional apparel, delivering meaningful value to customers, and building a brand positioned for long-term success.

Vice President of Operations

Originally from New Jersey, Greg came to St. Augustine to play golf at Flagler College, where he later coached after graduation. As AndersonOrd’s first sales representative, Greg has been an integral part of the company’s growth and now serves as Vice President of Operations.

Greg focuses on sales, program development, team growth, and strategic partnerships. He works closely with management companies, PGA Sections, sales partners, and industry organizations to strengthen relationships, develop new opportunities, and expand AndersonOrd’s presence throughout the golf industry.

Vice President of Development

Born in New Jersey and raised in Palm Coast, Florida, Jason studied marketing and finance at the University of North Florida, graduating with honors as a scholar-athlete. He later built his career in the golf industry as a golf professional and general manager of golf club communities.

As Vice President of Product Development at AndersonOrd, Jason helps the development and evolution of the brand’s product lines, bringing extensive golf and industry experience to the process. He works closely with the team on product concepts, functionality, materials, and innovation to ensure each piece delivers the performance, quality, and versatility expected from AndersonOrd.

COO

Originally from North Carolina, Ryan began his connection with AndersonOrd CEO Tom Underwood while working at a Colorado golf course managed by Tom. After building a career in finance, Ryan brought more than 12 years of experience in strategic growth, financial management, and long-term relationship development to AndersonOrd.

As Chief Operating Officer, Ryan helps oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on financial strategy and sales support. He works closely with AndersonOrd’s sales representatives, joining them in their territories to strengthen account relationships, support sales efforts, and identify opportunities for growth, while also helping guide the financial operations of the business.

Vice President of Marketing

A proud Florida Atlantic University alumna, Emily serves as Vice President of Marketing at AndersonOrd, leading the brand’s overall marketing strategy and execution. She oversees initiatives across brand development, digital marketing, ecommerce, partnerships, public relations, and creative strategy, with a focus on expanding brand awareness and driving continued growth.

Emily works closely with AndersonOrd’s leadership, sales, and creative teams to develop integrated marketing strategies that strengthen the brand across its direct-to-consumer, wholesale, corporate, and university channels. She is passionate about communicating AndersonOrd’s Lifeleisure™ positioning, product innovation, and modern approach to premium apparel.

Creative Director 

A South Carolina native and proud University of South Carolina alumna, Olivia is a key member of AndersonOrd’s marketing team, helping bring the brand’s vision to life through strategic storytelling and creative execution.

Olivia supports the creative direction of the brand across digital, social, advertising, and campaign initiatives, developing compelling visuals and messaging that maintain a consistent brand identity. Her responsibilities span content creation, copywriting, campaign creative, ad development, analytics, and audience segmentation, combining creativity with data-driven insights to strengthen customer engagement and support AndersonOrd’s continued growth.

Marketing Operations Coordinator

A graduate of West Virginia University, Shaye brings a strong background in social media, content creation, influencer marketing, and brand storytelling to AndersonOrd.

She helps shape AndersonOrd’s digital presence through social strategy, photo and video content, and creative storytelling that brings the brand and Lifeleisure™ lifestyle to life. Shaye also supports AndersonOrd’s influencer partnerships, coordinating communication, content, and campaign initiatives to strengthen relationships, expand brand awareness, and connect with new audiences.

National Sales Manager 

As National Sales Manager at AndersonOrd, David leads the company’s national sales strategy with a focus on driving growth, strengthening key accounts, and expanding the brand’s presence across the golf industry.

David works closely with AndersonOrd’s regional managers and sales representatives to develop territories, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with golf clubs, resorts, management companies, and industry partners. His leadership helps align the sales organization around strategic growth initiatives while ensuring partners receive the service, communication, and support that define the AndersonOrd brand.

Regional Sales Manager- Southwest

As Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest, Karsten works closely with leading golf clubs and resorts throughout his territory, building strong relationships and introducing accounts to the latest AndersonOrd products, collections, and programs.

With a focus on account development and territory growth, Karsten helps partners build compelling assortments that resonate with their membership while showcasing AndersonOrd’s approach to premium performance and Lifeleisure™ apparel. His competitive mindset and understanding of the golf market continue to support the brand’s growth throughout the Southwest.

Regional Sales Manager- Midwest & Pacific Northwest 

Robert developed a passion for golf at an early age, competing throughout his youth before attending the University of Iowa, where he earned a degree in finance.

As Regional Sales Manager at AndersonOrd, Robert focuses on driving sales growth, developing key accounts, and building strong relationships with golf clubs, resorts, and industry partners throughout his territory. His background in golf and finance brings a strategic approach to identifying new opportunities, supporting customer needs, and expanding AndersonOrd’s presence in the market

Regional Sales Manager- East Coast

Parker grew up in Alpena, Michigan, where he split his time between the golf course and the hockey rink. His competitive spirit and love for sport followed him into college, where he continued playing both golf and hockey while earning a degree in Business Management from West Chester University.

Today, Parker brings that same energy and focus to AndersonOrd. He’s passionate about helping redefine the golf experience—blending performance, purpose, and lifestyle into everything he does. Whether on the course or behind the scenes, Parker is all in on what it means to live the AO way.

Territory Manager- Southern California & Las Vegas

Born and raised in Marysville, Washington, Alex's love for golf started early—but it truly took off in high school. Alex earned a spot on the varsity team as a freshman and competed in the state championships during both junior and senior years. That drive took him to Southern California, where he played NCAA Division II golf at California Baptist University, laying the foundation for a lifelong career in the game.

After college, he earned his PGA Class A status in June 2018 and has since had the privilege of serving as Head Golf Professional at some of the Coachella Valley’s most respected clubs—including the Citrus Club at PGA West, Bermuda Dunes Country Club, and O'Donnell Golf Club.

Now, he's beyond excited to join the AndersonOrd family and help grow the brand across Southern California. For him, it’s about more than performance—community, connection, and elevating the everyday athlete.

Territory Manager- Illinois ,Indiana, Ohio & Kentucky

Originally from Alpena, Michigan, Jack now calls Columbus, Ohio, home. He graduated from Ferris State University with a degree in Professional Golf Management, combining his love for the game with his passion for building meaningful relationships. For Jack, it's not just about business—it’s about connecting with people and finding the right solutions to fit their needs. When he’s not working, you’ll find Jack spending quality time with family and friends or cheering on his favorite Detroit sports teams. His go-to AndersonOrd piece is the Blacks Beach Hoodie, which he loves for its incredible softness and lightweight feel. But what truly makes AO special to him is the family atmosphere and the genuine camaraderie that makes every day more rewarding.

Territory Manager- Western PA, Western NY & West Virginia

Dan is originally from Buffalo, NY, and is a graduate of Penn State University, where he was part of the Professional Golf Management program. When he is not at the golf course, his favorite pastimes are playing the guitar, spending time with family, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills. His go-to item is the Blacks Beach Hoodie, and what he enjoys most about working at AndersonOrd is being part of a fantastic team. 

Territory Manager- Florida

Zach grew up in Shepherd, Michigan & went on to graduate from Ferris State University with a degree in Economics and Finance. A proud Detroit sports fan, he brings that same passion and dedication to his work, approaching every project with energy and commitment.

Outside of work, you can often find Zach on the golf course, skiing, exploring the outdoors, or taking road trips across the country. What he values most about AndersonOrd is the strong sense of teamwork, especially the constant feedback, collaboration, and support from his colleagues.

Zach’s favorite AndersonOrd piece is the Button Down. He loves it for its elevated comfort and its ability to deliver an effortless, luxurious look.

Territory Manager- North Carolina, Maryland, & Virginia

Russ Tedesco grew up in Johnston, Iowa, where he developed a passion for athletics through years of competitive hockey. He continued his hockey career at Arcadia University, where he played collegiately while earning a degree in Accounting.

At AndersonOrd, Russ values the family-oriented culture and team-first mentality that drive the company's commitment to producing the highest-quality apparel. While his competitive roots come from the ice rink, he has developed a strong appreciation for the game of golf and the lifestyle that surrounds it.

Outside of work, Russ enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing golf, and watching sports. His favorite AndersonOrd product is the AO Coast1 because of its versatility, comfort, and ability to seamlessly transition from the golf course to everyday wear.

Territory Manager- New England

Originally from Gainesville, Florida, Zach is excited to be making Cambridge, Massachusetts, his new home. A graduate of Iona University, where he competed as a Division I golfer, Zach developed a strong work ethic, a competitive mindset, and a passion for building meaningful relationships both on and off the course. For Zach, success is all about connecting with people, understanding their needs, and creating lasting partnerships.

When he's away from work, Zach enjoys staying active, playing golf with his buddies, and keeping up with Boston sports. His time as a collegiate athlete taught him the value of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance, qualities he carries with him in both his personal and professional life. His favorite AndersonOrd piece is the Dinner Jacket, which perfectly combines an elevated look with elite comfort. What he appreciates most about AO is the company's commitment to quality and creating apparel that seamlessly fits into every part of a customer's lifestyle.

Territory Manager- South Texas & Louisiana

Matt played golf at the University of Nevada, Reno and majored in finance before starting a career in golf operations. After spending 14 years as a PGA Class A Member, including the past six as a Head Golf Professional, Matt decided to pivot in his career and join the AO team.

He proudly serves his home territory of South Texas as well as Louisiana and enjoys building lasting relationships with the clubs and professionals he works with.

Matt is married to his lovely wife, Carly, and has a 6-year-old son, Riggins, who is the light of his life. In his spare time, he loves to golf and fish. His favorite AO products are the Ace Federman Pants, the Blacks Beach Hoodie, and the AO Coast1 because of their comfort, style, and everyday functionality.

Territory Manager- Minnesota, Wisconsin, lowa, Nebraska, North & South Dakota

Charlie grew up in Des Moines, Iowa, where he developed a passion for golf at a young age and continued playing throughout high school. He went on to attend the University of Iowa before beginning his career in the golf industry.

At AndersonOrd, Charlie enjoys being part of the company's close-knit, family-oriented culture and values the relationships that make AO such a special place to work.

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys duck hunting, spending time outdoors, and making memories with friends and family. As a proud Hawkeye, you'll often find him cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes whenever they're competing.

National Director of Corporate & Collegiate Sales

Dylan joins AndersonOrd as National Director of Corporate & Collegiate Sales, focused on expanding the brand’s reach and building lasting partnerships nationwide. Dylan grew up in New Jersey, where he earned his degree in Communication Studies from Rowan University and his MBA in Finance from Monmouth University. Before joining AndersonOrd, he built his career working with growing businesses, helping teams solve problems, strengthen processes, and navigate growth.

A lifelong athlete, Dylan is excited to combine his professional experience with his passion for sports, and building relationships. Outside of AndersonOrd, he enjoys golf, running, CrossFit, and spending time with his wife, Kristyn, and their two sons.

Territory Manager- Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah

Teri grew up in Iowa, playing golf and basketball competitively throughout her youth. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and later earned her master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University Wisconsin.

She began her career in the golf industry during her senior year at Arizona, starting as a part-time shop merchandiser at Ventana Canyon Golf Resort. At AndersonOrd, Teri values the family-oriented team culture and the brand's dedication to detail and premium quality. Her go-to AO styles include the hoodies for their soft fabrics and the AO1 Coast shoes for their comfort and lifestyle appeal.

Outside of work, Teri enjoys spending time at the gym, golfing, painting, and spending quality time with her three young adult children and her chocolate Labrador, Lilly Grace.

Territory Manager- Michigan

Aaron covers the state of Michigan as a territory manager for AO. He loves the brand’s soft fabrics & stretch, which set AndersonOrd apart. Aaron enjoys golfing and spending time with his sons outside of work, whether playing basketball together or watching their games. Aaron’s favorite AndersonOrd products are the polos, T-shirts, and hoodies, which he wears every day for their comfort and style.

Territory Manager- Hawaii, Guam

Joe-Jo, an Independent Territory Manager for AndersonOrd, represents the brand across the Hawaiian Islands and Guam. Known for her vibrant personality, Joe-Jo’s favorite thing about AndersonOrd is the incredible feel of the fabric, which sets the brand apart in quality and comfort. Outside of work, Joe-Jo stays active and has a love for sports like tennis, golf, swimming, and hiking. Family is at the heart of her life, and She treasures spending time with her extended family, especially her grandchildren, who bring her endless joy. Regarding AndersonOrd products, Joe-Jo has a clear favorite—the hoodies. She loves the comfort & style, making them her go-to choice.

Customer Service

A Florida native through and through, Andrea brings over two decades of experience to the AndersonOrd team. After spending 23 years in the grocery industry, she transitioned into her role in Customer Service, where she thrives on making customers happy and contributing to the collaborative, team-driven culture that defines the AO environment.

For Andrea, the best part of the job is the people - both the customers she assists and the close-knit team she works alongside. Outside of work, Andrea’s life is centered around her family, including her husband, Matthew, their four children - Kendyl, Kylee, Kinsley, and Dean - and their three beloved grandchildren. Whether she’s getting lost in a good book or gathered with family and friends, she’s happiest when relaxing by the pool or the beach with a glass of wine in hand.

Customer Service

Originally from South Florida, Destiny was raised in Boston and recently returned to Florida four years ago. She enjoys connecting with people and values being part of a team that feels like family.

At AndersonOrd, Destiny's favorite part of the company is its close-knit, family atmosphere and the relationships that make it such a special place to work.

Outside of work, Destiny loves to read and enjoys all kinds of arts and crafts. Her favorite AndersonOrd piece is the skorts because of their comfort, versatility, and everyday style.

Accounts Payable

Melanie Underwood plays a central role in the daily operations of AndersonOrd, overseeing the company’s embroidery and direct to garment production while supporting critical functions throughout the organization. Her leadership helps ensure that every customized product reflects the quality, consistency and attention to detail expected from the AndersonOrd brand.A former registered nurse, Melanie brings precision, accountability and genuine care to a fast moving environment. Since joining AndersonOrd full time, she has become an essential connection between production, customer needs and the internal team. Her commitment to both people and execution continues to play an important role in the company’s growth.

Lead Embroiderer

As Lead Embroiderer at AndersonOrd, Bre plays an important role in overseeing embroidery production and maintaining the quality and consistency of customized products for our premium clubs and partners.

With a strong focus on craftsmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail, Bre helps manage daily embroidery workflows and production priorities while ensuring every finished piece represents the premium standards of AndersonOrd. Her leadership helps deliver consistent, high-quality customization that our clubs and partners can rely on.

Chief Treat Inspector

Meet Ted, AndersonOrd’s beloved Mini Goldendoodle and official Chief Treat Inspector. As the most loyal four-legged member of the team, Ted brings daily joy, energy, and just the right amount of mischief to the office. With a nose for snacks and a heart full of loyalty, he takes his duties seriously—making the rounds, boosting team morale, and ensuring every treat is thoroughly inspected.

Whether he’s stretched out in the office, or greeting guests with a tail wag, Ted is more than just a dog—he’s an essential part of the AO family.
