Return Policy

Returns:

AndersonOrd gladly accepts returns of merchandise in new condition that are unworn and unwashed for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging with the hang tags still attached. All goods marked as ‘Final Sale’ will not be eligible for a return. Please note that any original shipping charges are not eligible for refund. Remember, Ground Shipping is free for all US orders over $200. All returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment.

Exchanges: 

You may exchange a full-priced item for the same item/style in a different color and/or size only. Your exchange order will be processed on business days only once your return package has been received. Your exchange order must be scanned in with the shipping carrier within 30 days.  

AndersonOrd offers free ground shipping on exchange orders. If you require expedited shipping, we recommend returning your item(s) for a refund and placing a new order online with expedited shipping.
