Tom Underwood Co-Founded AndersonOrd for a few simple reasons. He was passionate about working with his high school friend Jonathan Ord, & he deeply wanted to change the golf industry’s conventional apparel to be more purposeful on & outside the golf course. Tom’s family, both at home & at work, is why he is so eager to keep developing AndersonOrd to be the best apparel company it can be! Aside from finding great people to work with, Tom’s main purpose for AndersonOrd is to bring products that are modern, multi-functional, unique, & most importantly, premium. “Jonathan & I promised never to produce products we wouldn’t be extremely proud to wear.” And that’s the promise he has kept from day one and for the future.

Vice President of Sales

Born & raised in Manchester, England, Daniel moved to the United States at the age of 18 to pursue his passion for golf. After graduating from Myerscough College in Preston, England, he began his golf industry career as a golf course operator for over 15 years. Daniel's expertise and dedication to the sport led him to a new chapter in 2018 when he joined Andersonord Apparel. As Vice President of Sales, Daniel has played a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success, leveraging his industry knowledge and leadership skills to expand its reach in the competitive apparel market. In addition to his executive role, Daniel is the current sales representative for California and Nevada, responsible for managing key relationships and driving business growth in these critical regions. Outside of work, Daniel is an avid football (soccer) fan & a dedicated golfer. He enjoys spending time with his son & daughter, supporting them in their athletic pursuits, watching his son play baseball and his daughter cheer. His love for family & sports remains a cornerstone of his life, balancing his career ambitions with a commitment to personal passions.

Vice President of Operations

New Jersey-born, Greg came down south to St. Augustine Florida, where he played golf at Flagler College, and then coached after graduating. Greg was AndersonOrd's first sales rep and has been an incremental part of the team ever since. When Greg's not on the road, you'll find him surfing, paddleboarding, golfing, or hanging out with his wife, Shannon, and son, Brooks. Greg's favorite part of AO is The comfort and versatility. Greg works with sales, program growth, team member development, and opportunities. Greg's favorite AO piece is the Solution Short.

Vice President
of Development

Born in New Jersey and raised in Palm Coast, Florida, Jason realized his passion for competition early in life. As a youth, Jason rose up the ranks in club soccer and surfing, ultimately focusing his efforts as a nationally-recognized high school soccer talent. Jason studied marketing and finance at the University of North Florida, graduating with honors as a scholar-athlete. After college, Jason continued with his drive for competition, turning his passion for golf into a career as a golf professional and general manager of golf club communities. Outside of the office, you’ll find him hanging out with his Aussiedoodle Ozzy and enjoying family time with his brother and parents. Jason’s favorite AO pieces are the Clegane Hoodie, Solution Bomber and AO WAVE1.

Chief Operating Officer

Mike Hodgins has been AndersonOrd's COO and VP of National Accounts since January 2024. A proud PGA of America member for 33 years, Mike brings 36 years of golf operational leadership, with experience at American Golf, Golf Enterprises, Ferris State University, and 23 years with Marriott Golf. His leadership earned prestigious accolades, including Marriott Golf Property of the Year awards in 2018 and 2021, and he was named 2022 Marriott Golf Professional of the Year. Passionate about giving back, Mike has helped raise over $500,000 for PGA Hope and CMN Children’s Hospitals. A Ferris State University graduate, he and his wife Tammy, whom he met in college, have been married for 33 years and have two adult children. In his free time, Mike enjoys golfing and spending time with family and friends.

Accounts Payable

Melanie Underwood is a former RN that was thrown into the apparel world by her husband Tom, after weeks of begging her to retire from her “real” job. Tom knew he needed his wife of 27 years to help grow and move AndersonOrd to another level. After much debate, Melanie decided to hang up the Crocs and start her full-time journey with AO. Melanie responsibilities range from but not limited to team management, customer service, overseeing daily financial needs, and helping to supervise the embroidery team. Being married to CEO Tom Underwood is tough, but her life is eased by being able to spend time with her five beautiful children: Logan, Lauren, Lucy, Lia, and Lainey.

Office Manager

Kristi serves as the Office Manager at AndersonOrd, where she also assists in customer service duties. A graduate of Penn State with a Master's Degree in Psychology, Kristi brings a thoughtful approach to her work. She has three children: Eli, Liam, & Lacey. Kristi enjoys the family-oriented atmosphere at AO, along with the camaraderie of her coworkers. In her free time, you’ll likely find Kristi relaxing poolside or enjoying a concert in town. Her favorite AO piece is the Blacks Beach Hoodie, a perfect blend of comfort and style.

Marketing Strategist

Emily, a proud FAU alumni, is part of the marketing department at AndersonOrd, where she focuses on driving brand awareness, showcasing the unique coastal inspiration behind the clothing & the innovation throughout the line. Her favorite part of AO is how the brand effortlessly blends style and functionality with a nod to coastal living. In her free time, Emily enjoys playing golf, reading, & spending time with her husband, Bubba, & their Golden Retriever Doug. She also appreciates AndersonOrd's commitment to innovation in the golf space. Emily’s go-to piece is the Blacks Beach Hoodie in Sky, a perfect blend of comfort & style; she also loves the Yoga Short, ideal for indoor cycle classes!

Marketing Assistant

Olivia, a proud University of South Carolina alumni, is a part of the marketing department at AndersonOrd, where she focuses on copywriting, ad creation, and analytics. Her favorite part of AO is the family-like atmosphere and the hard work and dedication each team member brings to the company. In her free time, Olivia enjoys working out, baking, and watching the Atlanta Braves play. Her go to piece is the Lux Crop hoodie in Elderberry.

Lead Embroiderer

Bre works in the embroidery department at AndersonOrd, where she is dedicated to making the team more efficient daily. A natural leader with a strong service mindset, Bre is always ready to lend a helping hand to her colleagues. She loves her role at AO and looks forward to working alongside her AO family for many more years.

National Sales Manager

Jim, AndersonOrd's National Sales Manager, combines his passion for the product with his dedication to the team. In his role, he assists in management and works directly with clients across Western Pennsylvania, Northeast West Virginia, Western and Central New York, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, and the Dakotas. Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time at church, fishing, golfing, and writing. His favorite AndersonOrd product is the Clegane, which he values for its exceptional quality and style.

Territory Manager- Alabama, Carolinas, Georgia, Tennessee

Dwight and his wife Sherri are sales representatives in Alabama, Georgia, the Carolinas, & Tennessee. In Dwight's free time, he watches the Roll Tide on Saturdays, spending quality time with his family, golfing, boating, and reading Greek poetry. Dwight's favorite part about AO is the comfort and versatility of all of our products. Dwight's favorite AO piece is AO WAVE1.

Territory Manager- Alabama, Carolinas, Georgia, Tennessee

Sherri is a proud University of Alabama Alumna. She and her husband, Dwight, are sales representatives in Alabama, Georgia, the Carolinas, & Tennessee. Sherri spends her free time watching the Roll Tide on Saturdays, golfing, reading a good book, and being with her grandchildren. Sherri's favorite part about AO is The quality and variety. Territory Manager- Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas

Karsten services many of the best clubs in areas all over his territory & showcases to them the latest AO has to offer their membership, giving them the true Athleisure difference. Karsten enjoys most about AO because everyone is super driven and competitive to succeed, and the team is a cool group of people to work with. Territory Manager- Illinois, Wisconsin

Jack is a proud member of the team as he helps grow the AndersonOrd brand by building lasting partnerships & sharing his in-depth product knowledge. As a Chicago native and University of Missouri graduate, Jack enjoys spending weekends watching football with family and friends cheering on the Bears and Mizzou. He also loves catching Cubs games at Wrigley Field and squeezing in a round of golf when he can, even if being a Bears and Cubs fan in Wisconsin and St. Louis has challenges! Jack’s favorite AndersonOrd product is the Down Athleisure Jacket, a versatile layering piece perfect for any setting, from the golf course to dinner. Territory Manager- Arizona, Colorado, Utah

Chad is the sales representative in Arizona, Colorado & Utah. When Chad's not out on the road he's raising his twin daughters Summer and Lexi, he loves to Golf, Fish and Snowboard. Chad loves the innovation and quality of the apparel at AndersonOrd. His favorite AO piece is Anything with the Butter fabric!

Territory Manager- Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia

David, the Territory Sales Manager for Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and West Virginia, represents AndersonOrd across the Middle Atlantic region. His favorite aspect of the brand is its identity as a true lifestyle brand, complemented by the family-like atmosphere that extends to both internal teams and external relationships. Outside of work, David enjoys cycling, fishing, golfing, hiking, volunteering with local community groups, & spending quality time with his family. David's Favorite is the Wave 1 Shoe. Territory Manager- Michigan

Aaron covers the state of Michigan as a territory manager for AO. He loves the brand’s soft fabrics & stretch, which set AndersonOrd apart. Aaron enjoys golfing and spending time with his sons outside of work, whether playing basketball together or watching their games. Chris is an Independent Sales Representative for AndersonOrd, he has the privilege of working with green grass accounts across Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. One of the things Chris appreciates most about AndersonOrd is how much the employees genuinely care about the company and its success "It’s inspiring to be part of a team like that" Outside of work, he loves traveling with my wife and son and is a huge sports fan, especially when it comes to the Green Bay Packers and Ohio State Buckeyes. Territory Manager- Hawaii, Guam

Joe-Jo, an Independent Territory Manager for AndersonOrd, represents the brand across the Hawaiian Islands and Guam. Known for her vibrant personality, Joe-Jo’s favorite thing about AndersonOrd is the incredible feel of the fabric, which sets the brand apart in quality and comfort. Outside of work, Joe-Jo stays active and has a love for sports like tennis, golf, swimming, and hiking. Family is at the heart of his life, and She treasures spending time with her extended family, especially her grandchildren, who bring him endless joy.
